Individual Therapy
Personal, one-on-one psychotherapy — confidential, compassionate support for adults and youth navigating life’s challenges.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, identity struggles, or simply want to understand yourself better — individual therapy at Francis Psychotherapy offers a safe, non-judgmental space where you are heard and supported. In each 50-minute session, you’ll work with a therapist who combines professional experience with warmth, empathy, and cultural sensitivity. We draw from evidence-based modalities while tailoring our approach to your unique needs and background. Over time, we’ll collaborate to identify patterns, set goals, build coping strategies, heal past wounds, and help you move forward with clarity and resilience. For clients on a budget or just starting out, we also offer reduced-rate sessions with our student-therapist option.
What to Expect

Trauma-informed, culturally responsive, evidence-based therapeutic modalities: e.g. CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), narrative therapy, psychodynamic therapy, strength-based, trauma-focused.
Options for reduced-rate sessions via “student therapists” — a lower-cost entry-point for those starting therapy or with limited budget.
Goal-oriented and client-guided: you and the therapist will work together to identify issues, set goals, and build healthier coping strategies.
