Registered Social Worker/ Psychotherapist

Hello! I’m Juliette and I am a Registered Social Worker with my MSW.

You may be moving through a tender season—pregnancy, postpartum shifts, grief, or a quiet heaviness that’s hard to name. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, unsteady, or disconnected from themselves, even while trying to stay strong for others. You may be longing for clarity, comfort, and a gentle space to breathe and find your way forward again.

I offer calm, trauma-informed therapy with a focus on perinatal mental health. I support individuals and couples coping with stress, loss, identity changes, and emotional overwhelm. My approach blends attachment work with CBT, DBT, narrative, solution-focused, person-centered, and mindfulness-based therapies—all paced with care.

Reaching out can feel vulnerable, especially when you’ve been carrying so much alone. In our work together, you’ll find a warm, culturally attuned space where your story is honoured and your healing unfolds gently. If you’re seeking support that feels grounding, compassionate, and steady, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
