Hi! I’m Danielle.

Sometimes life goes very wrong. Bad things happen, even traumatic things. I don’t need to tell you that. You know what it is like to endure trauma.

What you experienced years ago may disturb you even now.

You’re moving into adulthood but may still feel trapped by what happened to you in the past. You want to feel more comfortable in your relationships. Yet, you sometimes struggle to maintain something meaningful. Perhaps your traumatic experiences keep you from expressing yourself as you’d like.

I understand how difficult it can be to navigate a world that doesn’t quite have the patience or understanding of how devastating and isolating experiencing trauma can be. I was fortunate enough to access therapy at a young age when I needed it most, though.

Now I work with young adults so they can become more grounded within themselves and their relationships. I know that you can learn to manage difficult life stressors with resiliency and actually have joy.

You don’t have to wonder anymore if you can have more confidence, less anxiety, and more purpose.

It’s possible.

It’s also possible to meaningfully integrate past experiences into the present. You can learn to make connections between past experiences and what’s challenging you in your life now.

  • Support for partners to rebuild connection and learn healthier ways to communicate and resolve conflict.

  • Help for children and families managing emotions, relationships, and school-related challenges.

  • A supportive approach to help you integrate past trauma and move forward with greater strength and hope.

  • Compassionate therapy to help you heal from abuse, rebuild self-worth, and feel empowered again.

  • Therapy focused on building confidence, self-acceptance, and a more positive relationship with your body and sense of self.

  • Support to navigate grief, loss, and major life changes with compassion and meaning.

  • Help coping with chronic illness and the pressures of caregiving and health-related stress.
