Kylie Hockley

Registered Psychotherapist
Hi! My name is Kylie, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO.
As a psychotherapist, I believe one of the most important things I can do is truly listen. I strive to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can share your story openly. Together, we'll explore where you are now, identify the challenges you're facing, and work toward where you want to be. My passion is supporting clients in their personal growth and helping them build the confidence, insight, and skills needed to create meaningful, lasting change.
I recognize that every person is unique, which is why I tailor therapy to your individual needs, experiences, and goals. By combining genuine care and empathy with evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), we'll develop a treatment plan that feels right for you and supports your journey toward healing.
I have a special interest in supporting individuals experiencing grief and loss, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, trauma, spirituality, and chronic pain or illness. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, processing difficult experiences, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I am committed to walking alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I believe you don't have to face life's challenges alone. It would be an honour to support you as you move toward healing, resilience, and a greater sense of well-being.
