Jada Wright MA, RP

Registered Psychotherapist

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from York University and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

My passion lies in supporting individuals to embrace their authentic selves and cultivate greater confidence, self-worth, and empowerment. I specialize in concerns related to body image, self-identity, confidence, and racial/cultural identity. I believe that everyone has a unique purpose, and I strive to help clients challenge limiting societal narratives and reclaim space for more inclusive, self-affirming ways of living.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Drawing on integrative modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy, I work to ensure clients feel truly seen and heard in their healing journey. I value the importance of holding space with presence and compassion, allowing therapy to unfold naturally rather than following rigid agendas.

Above all, I believe your therapy sessions are for you. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, support, and perspective as you navigate challenges and move toward healing and growth.
