Let’s Get You Connected.

Just give us a call.

We’re making it even easier to find the right therapist for you.

Reaching out for support is a big step, and we want that step to feel simple. That’s why we’ve changed how our consultation bookings work.

Instead of booking a call on our calendar, you can now call our office directly and speak with a member of our highly-skilled care coordination team. They'll take a few minutes to learn about what you're looking for, answer your questions, and match you with a therapist who's a great fit for your needs. Then they'll immediately do your pre-screening and book your first therapy appointment right there on the call. No back and forth, no guesswork.

Call us at: 289-275-7275

Mon - Fri, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.

If we miss your call, please leave a message with your name and the best number to reach you, and we'll get back to you before the end of the day. If you reach out on a weekend, please leave a message and we'll get back to you within the first hour of the next business day.

What to expect when you call

Something new is on the way

Already bookmarked our old booking link?

Our team is friendly, trained, and here to help. You don't need to have everything figured out before you call. You're welcome to share as much or as little as you're comfortable with. We'll ask a few simple questions about what's bringing you in, your availability, and any preferences you have for a therapist, so we can make a thoughtful match.

This page is temporary. We're currently building a new online pre-intake form so you'll also have the option to share your information online and have our team call you back to book. We'll update this page as soon as it's ready.

That calendar link is no longer active. Calling us directly is now the quickest way to book your consultation.

We're so glad you're here, and we look forward to hearing from you.

Please note: We are not a crisis service. If you are in crisis or need immediate support, please call or text 9-8-8 (Suicide Crisis Helpline), call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.
