Registered Psychotherapist

Born and raised in Montreal, I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from McGill University. With over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I support clients in managing complex emotions, healing from trauma, and moving toward more meaningful and fulfilling lives.

I specialize in working with individuals affected by gender-based violence and have spent the past 18 years collaborating with community agencies to provide psychotherapy and education to both victims and perpetrators of intimate partner violence. While I am deeply committed to supporting those impacted by abuse, my work extends to anyone navigating emotional struggles, life transitions, or grief and loss.

My approach is grounded in compassion, guided by evidence-based techniques, and rooted in a strong belief in each client’s capacity for growth and resilience.

Fun Fact: I’m a big fangirl who loves sci-fi, fantasy, and all things pop culture—Fan Expo is my happy place. And yes, I truly believe that “Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.”
