Practice Owner / Registered Social Worker / Psychotherapist

It is okay to be where you are and feel what you are feeling. In these times, you may find comfort in having someone who will work with you to shift these perspectives. Using a practical and compassionate approach, I help you deal with the complexities of life.

I approach my work from a trauma-informed, anti-racist, and anti-oppressive lens, grounded in understanding and compassion to help you live your best life.

As a trained psychotherapist with more than 12 years of experience in the mental health field, I support individuals, couples, and families, including children, teens, and adults. My journey began as a social worker and social justice advocate, and over the years I have worked with people navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and other life stressors.

Though I work most often with adults, I am also skilled at working with children and youth. In my practice, I have seen many young people struggle to manage their emotions and behaviors. If your child or adolescent is dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma, or grief, I would be honored to help them regain their zest for life.

I look forward to helping you manage your mental health and real life.
